Río Negro

Deputy Carina Botteri Disoff said Chaco Puede will try to debate the proposal after months of talks with the Security Ministry. It would add repeated alleged criminal conduct to pretrial-detention analysis without replacing trial or the presumption of innocence.

The entity warned that electricity, fuels, inputs, and services are rising while wine operations and values remain weak. It also criticized commercial practices that pass delays and financial costs onto those who sell grapes, musts, and wine.
