The fifth axis consisted of reviewing existing programs and structures. Among them, Santiago Crece con Vos, the Territorial Development Agencies, the teaching competition, and ServicioSGO were mentioned. The analysis aimed to identify progress and aspects to correct; the communication did not report the elimination of these programs nor a strict staff restructuring.
