San Juan
The provincial government is preparing an infrastructure bond and may combine international and Argentine investors. Immediate consideration failed to obtain the special majority, but informational hearings and September deadlines for committee reports were agreed. Governors contacted by the government did not withdraw their deputies, and floor debate could follow in October.
Catamarca
Juan Carlos Ledesma answered Francisco Monti by arguing that a national resolution cannot displace provincial and municipal powers over electricity service. He defended the 6 per cent charge collected through the bill, linked final costs to the withdrawal of national subsidies and proposed continuing the debate at the next sitting.
Córdoba
Candelaria de la Sota launched the audiovisual project “Tomar la posta” in Buenos Aires before national and Córdoba political figures, with Martín Llaryora attending. Natalia de la Sota held a separate tribute in Río Cuarto. The parallel events renewed debate over their paths, alliances and positions within provincial Peronism.
Río Negro
Fugro and Bluewater worked on the Vaca Muerta Oil Sur export system in Río Negro and later appeared among companies under review for Sea Lion-related activity. The government must still decide whether sanctions apply, how contract chronology should be assessed and what the consequences would be for specialised suppliers.
Neuquén
The Neuquén governor will meet officials, multilateral institutions and energy companies. In Houston he plans to sign a road-funding agreement with operators covering Provincial Routes 8, 6, 51 and 7, but disbursements and private investment must be verified later.
San Juan
The governor explained that he had management commitments scheduled before learning of the vice president's arrival. He will meet with Diego Santilli regarding Vialidad Nacional and pending agreements, without announcing any closed deals or electoral definitions
Tucumán
The governor said provincial Peronism backs his candidacy and called on the senator to confirm whether he will seek a return to the executive branch. Manzur has not formally launched a campaign, so the confrontation remains partly prospective.
Santa Cruz
The calculation combines employing firms, business-license cancellations and a decline in independent work, so it does not equal four corporate closures a day. The province has lost between 350 and 400 private employers since November 2023.

Juan Carlos Abud Robles participated in the beginning of the reception and stated that the entity will concentrate more than 90% of the provincial tobacco during the cycle. The figure was presented as a projection and not as a volume already received or processed.
Corrientes
The Corrientes senator said economic discontent is lowering expectations and creating room for new political options. He argued that the national government can still change course and called on the PJ to pursue agreements, renewal and a platform defending industry, SMEs and public education.
Autonomous City of Buenos Aires
The city inspection agency and police seized 75 phones and closed businesses under a 90-day emergency decree. Authorities reported devices flagged by ENACOM and charged two people, but administrative closures and criminal allegations do not amount to convictions.
