Autonomous City of Buenos Aires

The province led the national ranking in the first half, driven by five major metal-mining operations. The exports belong to the companies, not the Treasury: mining fees, royalties and taxes transfer only part of the value, while employment, infrastructure and territorial distribution remain under debate.

The legislator estimated that removing the 50% discount on the second train-subway leg could cost a regular commuter up to 7.300 pesos a month. He proposed a daily pass integrating trains, subways and buses, although the initiative still lacks parliamentary status and public endorsements.
