La Libertad Avanza completed the formal organization of its provincial structure in La Pampa and placed deputy Adrián Ravier at the head of the Executive Council. The arrangement gives him a party vehicle for the 2027 provincial and municipal elections. The assembly also appointed the party congress authorities for a term ending September 18, 2030.
Rural leader Federico Luis Cobreros became president of the congress. An agricultural economist active in cattle production in Quemú Quemú, he represents the Argentine Rural Society. His central position highlights the new leadership's emphasis on relations with the agricultural sector.
Cobreros has openly supported President Javier Milei's policies and described cattle farming as favorable. He had previously urged Governor Sergio Ziliotto to seek an understanding with Milei and Economy Minister Luis Caputo. The provincial government did not follow that proposal, although both sides recently met on prevention measures for the Super Niño phenomenon.
At that meeting, Cobreros recognized provincial work on roads and advice to producers through cover crops. The episode showed room for agreements on specific production problems. The party's formal document, however, did not explicitly call for a broad opposition front and instead emphasized building an organized provincial structure.
The allocation of posts also defined who was excluded. Former party president Luciano Ortiz, Juan Pablo Patterer, linked to Lule Menem's organization, and national deputy Martín Matzkin, close to Patricia Bullrich, received no roles. Their absence leaves open the question of future internal integration.
Ravier will chair the Executive Council, with Renata Márquez as vice president and Antonio Aimar Fratamico as secretary. Luciana García, Juan Pablo Bernal and Viviana Navarro will serve as full members, with Julio Reumann and Vanesa Romero as substitutes. Former ANSES official Nicolás Boschi also appeared in the public formation.
The assembly was moved from the announced party headquarters to a private home belonging to one of the new council members. The same day, the Santa Rosa office was targeted by the Marcha de la Bronca, organized by left-wing forces, social organizations and unions. The change allowed appointments to proceed without interruption.
The leadership must now turn legal structure into territorial organization. It will need local teams, productive-sector relations and a position on alliances with other opposition forces. It must also decide how to deal with excluded figures. The road to 2027 will show whether Ravier can centralize the party or whether internal disputes return during candidate selection. The mandate through 2030 allows the leadership to cover the 2027 electoral cycle and remain in place afterward. It also makes internal rules more consequential, because the officials selected will control the organization for the full four-year period.
