Pampa Peronism entered a decisive phase of negotiation for the 2027. elections. A private understanding between Governor Sergio Ziliotto and former Governor Carlos Verna triggered a dialogue table with the currents of Frente Justicialista Pampeano. The hypothesis of a unity list began to take hold in the face of a schedule that could place the elections in the first months of next year.
The search for consensus stems from a shared need, but not from a finalized agreement. Leaders from different lines maintain that internal confrontation must give way to coexistence, although they demand programmatic content and warn that unity cannot be reduced to distributing positions. The provincial government has initiated contacts, but there is still no announced synthesis that includes all sectors.
The main unknown is Luciano di Nápoli. The mayor of Santa Rosa manages the most important electoral district, and his circle rejects conditions from the party structure. The city leadership maintains that their management responds to the neighbors and that the city will not be used as a bargaining chip. Also, his intention to influence the election of his successor in the mayor's office is significant.
The definitive legal status of Fuerza Pampa expanded that autonomy. Although Di Nápoli did not formalize a definition, the new force appears associated with the Santa Rosa political scheme and allows it to negotiate from within or outside the PJ. Its existence removes from the traditional leadership the exclusive control of the lists and forces Frejupa to consider a local structure with its own seal.
The negotiation must also include the parties that make up the ruling coalition: Frente Renovador, Nuevo Encuentro, Partido Humanista, Partido del Trabajo y del Pueblo, and Partido Comunista. A breakup could fragment the vote and open a scenario with three competitive spaces. Unity, on the other hand, requires reconciling provincial leaderships, capital territoriality, program, and electoral positions.
The next verifiable outcome will be the formation of the board and Fuerza Pampa's decision regarding its relationship with the front. It should also be known whether Di Nápoli maintains an autonomous strategy or uses that capability to improve its position in the agreement. For now, the unity operation is an ongoing negotiation: Ziliotto and Verna opened the dialogue, but the joint list, the candidacies, and the distribution of responsibilities remain undefined.
