The entity warned that electricity, fuels, inputs, and services are rising while wine operations and values remain weak. It also criticized commercial practices that pass delays and financial costs onto those who sell grapes, musts, and wine.

Jujuy's governor defended primaries as an electoral tool and said the UCR could discuss another suspension, but not permanent repeal. The decision rests with Congress, and no agreement has been reached among the national government, governors and legislative blocs.

The governor called the primaries an unnecessary expense and said he will assess each national bill by its provincial impact. Before meeting Diego Santilli, he presented Luis Caputo with claims over debts and assets, along with a relief plan for indebted families.
