An Equipo Mide survey provides an early quantitative snapshot of La Pampa's 2027 succession. Conducted September 9–17 with 1,346 cases, it found 52% preferring a change in political control, 39% continuity and 9% undecided. The trend pressures Peronism, which cannot run Sergio Ziliotto for another consecutive term.

Demand for change is not the same as total rejection of the government. Ziliotto retains 48% approval against 45% negative image. Yet 52% evaluate the province's overall situation negatively and 45% positively. Personal support can therefore coexist with demand for alternation or major corrections.

The survey also tested a UCR-La Libertad Avanza-PRO coalition. Forty-one percent supported it, while 59% disagreed to different degrees. That is a meaningful base but not an automatic mandate. The parties still need to resolve leadership, program and candidate distribution.

Martín Berhongaray has the highest electoral potential at 46%, including 14% certain and 32% probable vote. He is backed by the Radical organization, interior mayors and Senator Daniel Kroneberger. His lead strengthens the UCR's claim to head a coalition, though much of the ceiling remains soft.

Adrián Ravier reaches 38% combined potential and has the strongest certain vote at 20%. That hard base lets La Libertad Avanza demand the top candidacy. The contrast between Berhongaray's higher ceiling and Ravier's stronger floor foreshadows difficult negotiations.

PRO figure Marita Mac Allister has 28% potential and could become a compromise figure. On the governing side, Fernanda Alonso has 34%, Ariel Rauschenberger 31%, Alicia Mayoral 29% and Luciano di Nápoli 28%. Juan Carlos Tierno reaches 27% outside the main structures.

The constitutional end of Ziliotto's reelection forces the PJ to manage a succession after decades of dominance. The challenge is not only selecting a candidate but transferring territorial identity and discipline without a damaging split. A less-known nominee will need government results and a response to the demand for change.

The poll does not predict 2027 and must be read according to its date and methodology. It does change current bargaining: the UCR has the highest ceiling, LLA the hardest core, and Peronism a mandatory renewal. Alliances and selection rules will determine whether change becomes an organized alternative.
