Two training and credit events for entrepreneurs drew nearly 18,000 people in San Luis and Villa Mercedes. Claudio Poggi insists he is not campaigning, but the scale of the gatherings shows an active territorial structure and hints at how government programs can become a political platform for 2027.

Claudio Poggi drew two large crowds to entrepreneurship training and credit programs: more than 10,000 people in San Luis and nearly 8,000 in Villa Mercedes. Although he says he is not campaigning, the scale has an unavoidable political reading as 2027 approaches.

The events are formally part of an entrepreneurship policy. Training, credit and government support can have economic value if they improve survival, formalization and employment. The government must show how many participants actually receive financing and succeed.

Poggi also gains an indirect political advantage because the programs create face-to-face contact with thousands outside traditional party rallies. The line between governing and campaigning depends on communication, resource use and personalization.

Comparing these events with rallies by Alberto and Adolfo Rodríguez Saá may illustrate different mobilization styles, but attendance at a state program is not the same as electoral support.

Poggi's strength is territorial reach. Mobilizing large groups in the two main urban centers demonstrates logistical capacity. To become solid policy, the programs need transparent selection, credit rules and follow-up.

Opposition parties may question political use, but they should also evaluate effectiveness. Sustainable businesses and jobs would be real results; opaque selection or weak survival would undermine the program.

The pre-election cycle will intensify scrutiny. Every training event or credit delivery may be read politically. Publishing rules, amounts, rates, arrears and aggregate outcomes is the best safeguard.

The next step is evaluating performance and continuity. Poggi may reach 2027 with a stronger territorial network, but legitimacy depends on programs working independently of electoral usefulness.
