The Deliberative Council unanimously approved the initiative promoted by Francisco Echarren. The process foresees the election of delegates and aims to create its own institutional, economic, and regulatory framework, although its development could take years and reopens a legal controversy in the province.

Three councilors approved incorporating into the Land Bank a public lot of 800 square meters occupied by the Secretary of Public Works. The opposition alleged irregularities and a conflict of interest; two council members voted against it, and the ordinance must complete the validity procedure.
