Federal court barred Pagani and forced the UNT governing group to rebuild its ticket
By four votes to one, Tucumán's Federal Appeals Court ruled that the current rector cannot run for rector or vice-rector in 2026-2030. Mercedes Leal now heads the ticket, and José Hugo Saab's group has 48 hours to name a running mate.
